are two steps to completing the Petition for Chapter Charter. First,
download, print, and
complete the form below. Second,
mail the completed form with your payment (see "Chapter Charter Fee" below; one-time fee
of $30 or $15 for reactivation) to:

Information about the Chapter Charter Fee
This is a one time fee ($30). The chapter receives its charter and is entitled to
send two official delegates to the biennial National Convention. Remember, SCJ will then pay convention fees for one
official delegate and, in addition, SCJ pays a travel stipend for each
chapter delegation. Of course, SCJ encourages each chapter to send
members in addition to the two delegates.
